Head Pot Necklace.  The focal bead on this necklace is a reproduction of an ancient mound builder Head Pot from the Mississippian period of around 1200-1500 AD.  Numerous pots like this were found in the mounds.  The focal bead is a hand sculpted miniature version of one of these head pots.  It was sculpted from red stoneware, hand carved and kiln fired to over 2000 degrees F  The necklace has six decorative linked accent beads and then attached to an adjustable natural leather cord.

Size:  The necklace is adjustable length.  The focal head is approximately 1 inch (25mm) in diameter
          

This necklace is suitable for either a man or woman.
