This Raven will bring and air of sophtication to your next dinner party and keep your wine securely stoppered.  He can also hang out on a shelf in a bottle as a purely decorative piece between parties.  The raven is a powerful Totem and considered good luck in most Native American cultures.   I find these bottle stoppers to be fun, something that will bring a smile to your face and a great conversation starter.  I hope you will agree.

He is hand sculpted from earthenware clay, then coated with Native Clay Slip and burnished with a rock.  He was wood fired in a sagger to create a rich reduction environment and the deep black color.   He is fitted with a silicone rubber fitting which is glued on the bottom with epoxy to securely stopper your bottle.
