Vinagroon Pipe
Item:
PIPE-VN
This vinagroon pipe is inspired by a vinagroon design on an ancient Mimbres bowl. The vinagroon, or wind spider, is a relative of the scorpion. It is also an aracnid and has 8 legs. This pipe, however, is painted the same as the ancient bowl with only 6 legs. The Mimbres were a southwestern group of indians that lived in the southwestern New Mexico area around 1000AD.
This pipe is made from a commercially obtained white clay and kiln fired.
